Use cases

Facilitating access to all the diversity of data from the different subsystems and environments is a major and extremely urgent challenge that requires interoperable infrastructures to accelerate the extraction, analysis, dissemination and intelligent use of data, indicators and models from national and international observing systems.

FAIR-EASE supports the involvement of the Earth and Environmental scientific communities through the development of three multidisciplinary Use Cases that contribute to the requirements for the FAIR-EASE system components and help validate and demonstrate the capabilities of our system for supporting open science.

Through the identification and definition of needs from real-life science challenges, these communities will be the major contributors to the development of our tools and improvement of pre-operational services.
